It is your responsibility to read and agree to my terms before commissioning, trading, or receiving free art from me.When commissioning me, please provide a reference sheet, art, or a description of the OC(s) you'd like for me to draw, a description or reference of what you'd like, and your PayPal for invoicing. You are required to pay for your commission within 24 hours. Failure to pay within the timeframe will result in your commission being canceled.The pace I go depends on my schedule, my workload, my mental health, and my physical health. It could take a few days to a year depending on these factors.At this time, if you have a deadline, please do not commission me.I will message you updates and previews on your commission. You are allowed to request any changes during the process. There is no extra charge, and you can request as many changes as you need. Only one change can be made within 30 days after the commission is complete.When you are given the final product, you are allowed to upload the art, use the art as emotes, stickers, profile pictures, banners, etc. Please credit me when you do any of these! If you need my social media tags, please let me know.If a refund is to be issued during the commission process, you will receive the amount of the commission price + tips.As mentioned before, please do not commission or tip me if you have a deadline.You may not put my art through AI generation.If you are rude to me during the process, or if I find out you're an unfavorable person within the community, you will be blacklisted and your commission will be scrapped.If you are blacklisted, you lose all ownership to the artwork(s) you've received from me. This includes gifts, trades, previews of work-in-progresses, and art using my alternative names. You are required to remove my art from wherever you've uploaded it.
